Hi Akilah:

You GET it! Our family of volunteers and foundation board members work remotely from across the U.S. continent and three other countries. We wouldn't have it any other way: This is how individuals get to pursue their dream, and how we convene as a family over issues of sharing and social change. This is the future.

We use email, texting, WhatsApp, Skype, and Google hangouts to keep it real and stay close. When people have an attitude of teamwork, and as you said, expectations are clear for division of work and timelines for projects, we can be productive across the time zones and miles.

Thanks, Suzanne
